Real Estate Sales Executive & Content Creator
Royal Legacy Properties is looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and creative Real Estate Sales Executive & Content Creator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales, telesales, or a related field, along with an interest in social media marketing and content creation.
In this role, you will generate leads, connect with prospective buyers and investors, showcase properties, build strong client relationships, and create engaging content to promote our property listings across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, social media, online platforms, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
- Create engaging social media content, including property reels, videos, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in filming and promoting property listings across social media platforms.
- Manage client inquiries, maintain lead databases, and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and new project launches.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Basic content creation and social media marketing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in dealing with clients.
